Terms of Service

1Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Discord bots and related services (together, the "Service") operated by the MLBB Community Bot Development Team ("we", "us", "the Team") inside official Mobile Legends: Bang Bang ("MLBB") community Discord servers. By interacting with any bot listed in our Bot Directory — for example by running a command, opening a ticket, entering an event, or submitting content through it — you accept these Terms.

The Service operates within two wider ecosystems, and your use of it is conditional on your continued compliance with the rules of both:

• Discord — Discord's Terms of Service and Discord's Privacy Policy, together with Discord's Community Guidelines, govern your use of the Discord platform itself;
• Mobile Legends: Bang Bang — the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Terms of Service and the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Privacy Policy, published by MOONTON, govern your game account and your participation in the MLBB community, including its official Discord servers.

These Terms supplement — and do not replace, limit, or modify — those documents, or the rules of the individual server you are in. A breach of Discord's or MOONTON's terms committed through or while using the Service is treated as a breach of these Terms as well. You must meet Discord's minimum age requirement (13, or higher where your local law requires) to use Discord and, therefore, the Service.

2Who we are

The MLBB Community Bot Development Team is a group of independent contractors engaged by MOONTON Games to develop, host, and operate Discord bots deployed in official MLBB community servers. The servers themselves are official MOONTON community spaces; the bots and this website are built and operated by the Team.

These Terms are published by the Team in its own name. Nothing in these Terms is a statement by, or creates obligations for, Shanghai Moonton Technology Co., Ltd. or its affiliates ("MOONTON").

3The service

The Service consists of Discord bots providing features such as server moderation and safety tooling, member support tickets and appeals, account verification and role synchronisation, community events and games, suggestion and feedback collection, and staff utilities. Each bot, its purpose, and the Discord permissions it relies on are listed in the Bot Directory, which forms part of these Terms.

Our bots operate exclusively within official MLBB community servers. We do not offer them for invitation to other servers, and these Terms do not cover any unofficial copy of a bot run by someone else.

4Acceptable use

When using the Service you agree not to:

• attempt to exploit, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to any bot, its data, or its hosting infrastructure;
• use automation (self-bots, macros, scripts) to interact with bot commands, events, or giveaways;
• manipulate events, giveaways, tournaments, or point systems through duplicate accounts or falsified information;
• submit content through a bot (tickets, suggestions, event entries, appeals) that is unlawful, hateful, or intended to harass, deceive, or impersonate;
• use the Service to violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Terms of Service, or the rules of the server you are in.

5Intellectual property

Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, Magic Chess: Go Go, and all related names, characters, and artwork are the property of MOONTON. Their appearance in bot features (for example hero names or voice lines) is under MOONTON's direction as part of its official community programme.

The bots' software, configurations, and this website are the property of the Team and/or its engaging principals. You retain ownership of content you submit through a bot; by submitting it you grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to operate the feature you submitted it to, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6Availability and changes to the service

The Service is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. We may modify, merge, suspend, or retire any bot or feature at any time — including where required by Discord policy or platform changes — without prior notice or liability.

7Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Team, its members, and its engaging principals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, opportunities, or in-game assets, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8Enforcement

We may restrict, suspend, or permanently block your access to any bot feature if you breach these Terms, abuse the Service, or attempt to compromise its integrity. Server moderation teams may take separate action under their own server rules. If you believe an enforcement action against you was mistaken, you may appeal by opening a support ticket in the official MLBB server.

9Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version and its effective date are always shown at the top of this page. For material changes we will post an announcement in the official MLBB servers where the bots operate. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10General

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Bot Directory, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Team regarding the Service.
